These talented ladies have established a huge following for their music in this area and rightly so. Theyt perform with exquisite harmonies that come only when you have spent a lifetime singing together and when music is as natural for you as breathing. Very well known and loved in these parts this evening will no doubt be a sell-out audience.
Aaron Burnett

Aaron Burnett is as much at home cranking out the best in Bluegrass music as he is in his dual career as a Juno-nominated children's entertainer. He is one of Manitoba's most versatile and sought after performers. His wonderful stage presence draws audiences into his Bluegrass and country/folk music. You can't help but leave smiling!

With years of performing experience behind them, Portage la Prairie locals Blair Hordeski, Trevor Handford and Shane Sobkowich wowed our audience as they opened for True Jive Pluckers on our MainStage concert. Great harmony, great fun and great musicians.
Blue Rubies
Showtime: 7:30pm
Blue Rubies is an indie-folk band based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Formed when two former bandmates got together with another ex-bandmate, the trio sings songs filled with feeling and intense harmonies that will really hit you. While their lineup often changes and sometimes incorporates drums and percussion, the trio mostly plays a softer set with ukulele, guitar and standup bass.
The Glesby Centre reserves the right to replace scheduled performers due to health issues, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen legitimate reasons where the performer cannot meet their performance obligations.
We will do our best to replace that performer with another of comparable quality and will notify ticket holders if any changes occur.
The William Glesby Centre does not refund ticket purchases on any performance unless a performance is cancelled. We reserve the right to postpone a show to a later date.
